RIRR Web Posting Policy

Rules for Posting on RIRR.ORG
Revised October 2013. The Executive Board and Website Committee reserve the right to remove any content at any time.  Any person who has been granted permission to post on the Club website may have their permission to post revoked at the discretion of the Board.These rules are to be adhered to, and failure to do so may result in loss of posting permissions.

The following are not permitted:

  • Posts that are offensive, rude, insensitive, vulgar, or profane
  • Posts containing adult content
  • Solicitations or advertising for non-club sponsored activities
  • Advertising for races or events (including links) that are not affiliated with RIRR unless an advertising agreement is in place
  • Content that promotes hate or violence
  • Threats
  • Promotion of illegal activity
  • Crude or shocking graphics
  • Posting someone else’s personal information
  • Posts that may contain malware, spam, transmit viruses, or software installation
  • Misrepresenting yourself as someone else
  • Copyright infringement
