Group Runs

All paces and abilities welcomed

Bring flashlight/headlamp and reflective vest/clothing – bug spray (during the summer).

If a group run is to be cancelled due to inclement weather the cancellation will be posted on the Facebook page at least an hour ahead of the run.

Saturday Group Runs

On the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month at 9:00AM there will be a group runs at Colt State Park, all distances, 5 plus miles and all abilities (1st parking lot on the left from the main entrance on Asylum Road). Email Johann Gomez at johann.gomez1@gmail.com

Thursday Group Runs 

1st and 3rd Thursday of the month at 6:30pm. Two locations –  3 & 5 miles. Post run food and drink optional.

Stupor Bowl Run – Narragansett Cafe in Jamestown
Sunday, February 2nd at 10 am. The usual run(s) are 8.4 and 10 miles.
The 8.4 run starts at the Cafe and runs out and back to Beavertail Lighthouse.
The 10 miler goes out and back to Beavertail, but it takes a right on Highland
and loops back around to Walcott to the Cafe. It is easy to add on extra miles
(or subtract miles) depending on your training (or lack there of).

Post run fun will be at the cafe. The music starts at 1 pm.
